I drove both the DODGE 2005 DAYTONA 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi, and the 2005 SRT-10 1500 with the v-10 VIPER engine. Damn they both move, but the srt-10 is unbelievable. If any one wants an 2003 ST that is nicely modified email me. I am looking for $20000

So what are you towing that you need that much power? Obviously mpg is not a consideration. :D I love the look of the Dodge trucks but the reliability factor is way down there.

I can tell you the hemi only gets about 10mpg in the real world and I am sure the V10 viper engine doesnt get any better then 10 mpg...

My 99 Durango wouldn't get 15mpg going downhill with a strong tailwind.

And it spent more time getting fixed than being driven..

meh.......enough Dodge for me.....

The Dodge 1500 is listed as having the Worst MPG of all pickups by the EPA (9 City/12 Hwy). The V-10 version is probably worst than that. See the link below.
