Just like the title says. I was washing and waxing the ST the other day and noticed that the driver side molding on the door is starting to let go. I was wondering what type of adhesive holds it in place so I could go buy some and stick it back on. Thanks.

 The side claddings are not held on with adhesive. It's held on with screws on the ends, and A-T clips down the sides. You might be able to get by with 3M tape, but I don't think there's much surface on the claddings themselves to hold on to since they're hollow.

See the project below. I'm curious how one of those is letting go. It was a pain in the butt to get my side claddings off.

The 3M tape you want is Gray in color with Red vinyl covering it. This tape is found at Home Depot and other hardware stores. It's cheaper at Home Depot.

This is the same tape that auto manufacturers use. I use this stuff for all kinds of projects.

Clean both surfaces with alcohol prior to using the tape.
