Mounting a Monitor???

Well I decided that Headrest monitors are too risky for me. So I decided to maybe get a roof mount monitor. They are less visble, and are even cheaper. But, another obstacle has got in my way. I have a moon roof, and in order to be able to see the screen without bending back your head, I have to mount it farely close to the moon roof. But will this be a problem?? Is it safe to mount it that close to it?? Is there anything, there that will be messed up, when mounting it there??? Thanks in advanced.
