Hey guys, I have a totally factory 03 Sport Trac and I have seen different ideas on here but I would like to get ideas from everyone. What are some good aftermarket add-ons that could help power and MPG? And that are not to technical to do. lol thank you in advance for any advice you guys can give me...javascript:insertAtCursor(document.forms['MESSAGEFORM'].MESSAGE,':D')

lol yea i check my tires every few fill-ups and i wish i had some more money to buy a hybrid to drive to work everyday but not atm.... lol

You'll get the standard air intake, exhaust, and SCT tuner suggestion on here. An air intake and tuner is very simple to install and manage. The exhaust can be done by a reputable shop not too expensively. Zabteck's throttle body is also a popular item on the forum. You also should be sure to maintain correct tire pressure and try to adjust your driving habits. By slowing down (keeping RPMs below 2500) and coasting to stops, you're mileage may see a slight increase. Keep in mind that there are several factors that you cannot change that will affect your MPG numbers.

yea i thought about the air filter and tuner and i am goin to get a tonneau cover here soon hopefully. but what would be a good air filter and hot much does a tuner and also the air filter cost cuz i dont know really lol..

I concur with the SCT tuner recommendation (especially if its from me) but I am slightly biased! :):):)
