My ST - Low mileage per month

Greetings! I have my ST XLT since March 2003. I bought it new. I have traveled only 19,000 miles in almost 33 months. This amounts to 575 miles per month. I was wondering any of you travel less than me? With thanks.

I drive 21 miles (one way) to work a day so...



21 x2 x 15 (days month I work)= 630 + a few side trips around town, here /there/everywhere...

Sigh....my ST gets 1200-1300 miles tacked on to her each month now that I got my new job. However, before my ST and my new job, I had a Mazda B3000 and when I traded it in (for the ST), it only had 16,800 miles on it after owning it for 3 years. That only equates to a little over 460 miles a month.

My 2001, bought Nov 2001, has 41K on it. Avg 836 miles per month.

Not my ST but the wife has 6700 on her car since Dec 1 2003. At almost 25 months that is 268. Shoulda bought her Scwinn. :blink:

I average 300 to 350 per month...but we have 3 cars and 2 drivers...my wife drives her Escape and I pull my modified Stang out on nice days...out of work since 3/6/05, so the trac millage has droped alot...

We usually run around 2500-3000 miles per month, so I can't compete with you on lowest miles/month. However, the little old lady who used to live across from me had only 3000 miles total on her three year old Buick. She only drove to the store once a week, and to her sister's house once a month. She would get the oil changed and fill the gas tank once every three months!

We have a 2003 Saturn Ion-3 that is also 33 months old and only has about 10500 miles. That's only 318 average miles per month.



My 2003 Sport Trac is about 30 months old and has 21,000 miles on the odometer, so you can tell which vehicle we prefer to drive.
