Navigation discs, version 8P

I've been trying to get an updated disc for my nav system. Ford has asked Navteq to stop distributing them. They claim I can go through the dealer to get one. The dealer is claiming they weren't aware of Navteq' situation and they only have version 7P available. Its been 3 weeks and the dealer hasn't gotten back to me. Any help? 8P is available, I just want to get it. Thanks, Bob :unsure:

Subaru sends me an updated disc for free when I ask the home office for my wife's Outback. Have you tried a nice letter to FoMoCo and see if they send you one.



The Subaru/Kenwood CD has a $149 retail price printed on the outside of the case, but they don't seem to mind to give me a free one.
