Need Bed Extender hardware studs

I am looking for the two studs that are in the bed section that the bed extender hooks to. where can I find these on the cheap. I have a guy that wants to buy my bedliner but his does not have the to attachments. also do you put them on through the tail light? This is an 01 model and so was mine.

You can buy the pivot pins at the dealer for like $25 ish. They bolt on with a torx tip in the center hole on the metal post just inside your box from the tailgate
