Need Expert Opinions,Transmission Problem

My 2001 job 1 automatic transmission does not want to shift out of first when in drive, I can manually shift to second but it will not shift beyond second, what could be the problem?:unsure:

If your OD light on the dash is on or flashing, needs to go to the shop quik.

Try lifting the negative battery cable for about 10 minutes. Maybe the trans will relearn how to shift...if not shop time....

Bad or sticking solenoids. Probably need to replace the solenoid pack and the valvebody.
