LaRue, if you are actually still looking for one--that's a very "art deco" style. If you do a search for "font art deco", or "font art deco free", you'll find several that are at least somewhat similar. Not sure how exactly similar you need it, though...

Another idea for a search--What you're looking for is very similar to the font used on "Miami Vice" (which is itself an art deco design). Searching for "Miami Vice font" may get you some interesting results...
