What burning program should i use to make still pictures autoplay using a vcd player to a tv? thanks!

Try Nero Burning ROM. I use it and it works great.

Photostory from Microsoft is a free slide show program that can include music and slide transitions. It only allows you to burn CDs as it is, but you can buy an add on program to burn DVDs. Works very well.

Nero's great but if your looking for something free use Microsofts Movie Maker. Real easy to use and you can add music and titles to your work.
