Need help !!!!

Hi To all! Its been a long time since I have posted. Have had the Trac for almost 4 years and not a scratch on her. That is until today. My wife backed into my trac. Not much damage but ripped the licence plate bracket off. Does any one know how to remove the front ? It ripped out the rivets that were holding on the bracket. Since I live in Texas I am required to have this on my truck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can get new plastic rivets, OR replace with nuts and bolts...

The part number for the rivet is N803043-S. About $1.23 each from Ford.
