Need some help downloading a file

I have (want) a file that is about 450 mg that I want to download. My satellite ip won't let me download it because it goes over my hourly bandwidth allowance. So is anyone with cable or dsl willing to download this file; burn a disk and send it to me? I will be willing to pay you something for your time and the cost of the disk and mailing. Thanks
