I have the eps file from the sign shop for my new business,,,,, well ps7 will not open it. It gives me and error message ... "could not open *****.eps because the parser module cannot parse the file" What can I do? Anyone here think they can convert it to ps so it can still be edited? I guess it was done in illustrator. But don't know for sure. I really would love to be able to edit this file and make changes or whatever. The file is in my library. Please help if you can. Someone surely has illustrator or something that will work. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!

LaRue,

I have illustrator and it opens perfectly but I am not able to save it in another format so you are still able to edit it as designed. I am not that good with Illustrator so if someone else knows how to do it let me know.

Statik13: Thanks, I still can't do any editing on it in PS but now I have a good copy I can cut and paste from. Thanks again.

George C: Sure wish I could afford Illustrator but at 500 bucks,, can't do it.... Thanks anyway...

Your photoshop won't load a PNG file? OK, I've uploaded the PSD version of the same file to my library. Hopefully you can load that. Grab it fast, at 2 megs I'm not going to leave it in my library for too long

Wow, what version are you using? Must be old. My copy of Photoshop CS opens all of them fine.

errr, ok, last try... which of the following would you like to try?

I'm using PS 7... Let's try the ps version 1 more time... If it doesn't work, I can recreate the stuff since I now have an OUTSTANDING copy of the logo. Nice and BIG:D I have already been playing with what I did get to work from you. Check it out.... :):) Got my domain name tonight too. AND, I get to use the space I have on my carolinalockandkey.com. Man that's just toooo coool. Thanks for the help.... BTW,, can you tell me what fonts they used???

Figured it out. The website truncates it to about 2 megs, and the file is supposed to be 2.7 megs... I'll send it to you in e-mail.

Sorry, no idea on the font.
