I have a few interior parts Id like to replace on my 03 Sport trac. Do 03 explorer parts for the Sport trac. What I need is a new passenger seat reclining lever and the trim around the radio and heat/air controls.

Use the parts schematics on sponsor Fast Parts Network (or on fordparts.com) website to compare. Entering argument is that our Tracs were companions to the Explorers; I'd say there's going to a lot of commonality.

There's not a lot in common with '01-05 Sport Tracs and the '02 and later 4 door Explorers. STs are based on '95-01 Explorers. The '01-03 2 door Explorer Sports share parts with the Sport Tracs, but the '02 and later 4 door Explorers are a different design.

Agree with Duane, very unlikely parts from 2002 and later Explorer's will fit, especially body parts and panels. Keep in mind 2001-03 TWO door Sports share the same

front end as 2001-05 ST's from the "B" pillar forward. To be sure, use the link I provided in your other post above, and make sure the part numbers match EXACTLY.

Yes correct. I should have specified more. the 95' to 01' interior parts should match up. I bought stuff like that all the time.

The radio surround plate is the same on many Explorer and Ranger years. I bought one off E Bay a couple of years ago, you can even get a woodgrain one sometimes. Ive got a 2003 and got the trim from 97 Explorer and replaced the rear window defogger switch with another foglight switch for some road lights, so now I have two foglight switches. Just have to make sure if you have 4X4 so does it. :driving:
