Finally got a new intake. Its a $25 Tube kit and a $25 Cone Filter, from Autozone. The turn in the tube is actually backwards so I just turn it and I had to make a connecting piece (radiator hose) so the new hose can be connected to the new tube. Everything fits fine, and so far its running good.

Wow Boodro, that looks great. I have the MAC intake and yours looks just like it except with red fittings. Mine was close to 3 times as much. Great work, that is awesome!

Thanks. It took a couple of trips back to autozone, because I kept forgetting little things. It might be my mentality, but it seems to have a litte more "get up and go".

Looks nice and a great price.

Something I noticed in your picture:

You may want check for abrasion on the radiator hose at the transmission dipstick handle.
