I found and bought an Austekk aluminum billet two-piece thermostat housing. Includes two sensors, thermostat, and hardware for $66.00. I installed it tonight and it is perfect. The ebay listing is below the picture, if interested.

Looks pretty good , by the way.

Confirm fitment on all. Also research the OE Motorcraft RT-1220 housing. Upper hose angle may be different and uses a single threaded ECT sensor. Amazon price is around $105.

Single sensor Simmons Autosportz housing only. (No sensors, etc.)

Austekk site is down, but here's their housing that uses a plug for the extra port. (2004-05)
