a travel trailer.

Well, we bit the bullet and bought a travel trailer Thursday. We were looking at a new ones, but with so many used ones out there, we checked a few out. We found a 2003 Layton travel Lite model, 25.5ft long loaded with all the amenities. The couple bought it new, put it on their property to live in 2 months while their new house was being built. It never left the yard after that. Looks like it just came from the show room. We saved over $10,000 by not impulse buying the new one. I'll post some pictures after we pick it up next week. Can't wait to get it up to Lake George NY area were we have 70 acres to camp. Anyone want to go camping??

Good luck and Congrats Gary,

I hope you have many yrs enjoyment out if it. Now it is off to Camping World and Wally world for you.

The fun is just begun.

Congrats Gary. Travel trailers are one thing that it is probably good to see what's available used. Alot of people buy them and then find out they really don't like camoing as much as they thought they would. Sounds like you made tyhe ultimate find there. Have fun.[Broken External Image]:

Congrats!!! I'm gonna be up by Saratoga for the Travers next weekend.. We're at the Adirondack Adventure Resort - Saratoga in Greenfield Center, New York... pics of camper in library, post pics of your setup when you can...

Scott, we use to drive through Saratoga all the time when my wife's parents lived in Corinth, about 30 mins. north. Our property is in Stony Creek. Might head up there in a week and get the driveway opened up and widened so the trailer can get through. The woods likes to reclaim itself, lol.
