New website

I had to change hosting companies, so I re-vamped my website before I put it on the new place. I took a shot at using in-line frames to save space. Basicly the same words, just a different look. I KNOW it is a bother, but some Constructive Criticism would be nice. Thanks

Yes, neat and easy to navigate. Suggestion - for the "Florence News Article" - let the reader know the graphic will lead to a pdf file download - in case they don't have the necessary software.

You moved the navigation to the bottom and it is cut off on the screen of my laptop (also called below the fold - think a newspaper). If I do not scroll down, I do not see the navigation.
