New Workshop

Yesterday my wife and I signed the lease for our new place. As of right now it looks like JDBoxes will still be around, I haven't seen the HOA paperwork yet.. that is the only thing that I am little worried about. We'll be leaving Norfolk May 30 and will be driving cross country with the ST and trailer and be moving into the new place whenever we get to sunny San Diego.

Well, even if they won't let you do it in the gargae, you should be able to hide it in the 2nd bedroom... Get some hand tools and "handmake" each and every box...



Being military you will get that housing allowance, and it should be a considerable bit more then here in Norfolk area. I know I was getting around 1200 a month as an E5 in the Navy. Not sure what rank your wife is, but the amount goes up with rank. Of course the amount they give you for housing barely if even at all covers your housing expenses. Does the unit include utilities, or do you pay those seperate??

My wife gets promoted to O3 on Thursday, from all the numbers we've found for BAH it will actually be $250 more than our rent there. But no that doesn't include utilities so after utilities it will be pretty close to the BAH total.



My wife would NEVER had sawdust in the house. She hates how much there is in the garage but thankfully it's "my" garage
