Will be picking up first ST this week...'01 with 50k miles, automatic, 2wd. Any suggestions as to upgrading ride quality/shocks/etc(for highway use), maintenance issues at this mileage, intake mod's, sound deadening. Will be adding aftermarket moonroof as this vehicle doesn't have one. Suggestions welcome.

Do not try to change the transfer case fluid on your 2WD, as it takes too long to find the transfer case.

New shocks and EE anti-sway bar.

Hey, thanks for all the good wishes and suggestions. Just picked up '01 teal green trac first of week. Excellent condition for 55k miles. K&N FIPK, EE bar, and shocks sound like good place to start. Now I need to rob some funds from my XKE Jag project. Choices, Choices.
