Noise from back seat

Been following the site for a while, but this is my first post...



After much research, I bought my 2002 ST at the beginning of July. I'm loving it so far and have already put it work (pictures to come)



While driving, I get a pretty good vibratory noise coming from the general area of the 1rear passenger seat... It seeems to be associated with the suspension because it is especially vocal when I hit a bump in the road. I haven't been able to pinpoint it yet. Has anyone come across this in their ST?

I also experience a noise coming from my back seat over bumps. I am sure the noise is coming from the headrests of the rear bench, however. They are both loose.

Ditto on the headrests. I have a 2002 also.
