Basically, if you were a VET and lived in Ohio during Desert Storm, Iraq (end date to be determined), or Afghanistan (End date to be determined) you are eligible for a state funded payment.



Further, if you were a victim of "Stop Loss" you are eligible for $500 per month of your stop loss months.

Other states have done the money offer as well, I just don't know there details. I do know that is was NOT a nationwide thing, strictly state by state.



As far as the Stop Loss (2nd link), it is Nation Wide, (world wide actually, just needed to be a military member affected by Top Loss program).
