Not bad. I paid about $15.86 at Wal-Mart the other day for the same. Basically the O'Reilly's deal is like getting the filter for free.

Actually we dicount the oil and the filter!! We are running alot of other oil change specials!!
The microgard filter we sale is made by puralator..so its a great filter..FYI!! Help us out and stop by your local Oreillys!!
