opinion on air filter

I ordered the SCT Xcal 3. Should be here by Thursday. My questions now is what filter to go with. I have the Noctural intake tube. I was thinking either a K and N drop in or a KKM cone filter that takes place of the air box. I believe D Potts has one on his ST. Any other ideas???

The Nocturnal intake with a K&N or Green drop in filter would be a good way to go if you already have the intake.



Part of the reason Doug left the airbox on his Nocturnal intake was so that it would be more of a cold air system. The only caution for K&N would be to make sure the filter is not over oiled. If it is, you get MAF issues.

Do they even have a Green drop in for the ST yet? How does the Amsoil EA compare to K&N/Green filters?

Green is supposed to be the top dog, but they dont and will not make 1 for the ST....



Honestly to me that are all the same.......



Any aftermarket performance filter will do the job..
