The pictures (only from the web) on my 98 Compaq PC about 2 months ago went blurry. I have checked all settings and nothing has changed. Is this the Graphics card going/gone bad or what? Thanks for your help:blink:
 
If only the web pics are bad, than no. The card is fine, I would say it is an IE problem or explorer driver issue...

Maybe your subscription to some choice websites have expired and require you to renew in order to see web pics again in all their glory.

On a serious note, I would agree with ToddZ that it's not the video card going bad (mechanically anyway) if you're getting bad images only when online. I have little experience with IE so I'm afraid I can't even try to help with that one.
