Outside Temp Sensor Refresher?

Where is the sensor for the outside Temp? Is it easy to spot?

I think it is freaking broken or dirty.

Outside temp today was -7 and it was telling me it was +30...



So its either its dirty or broken. Is this easy to replace if its broken.

If you look straight down between your radiator and grill, you will see it from there.

Though I didn't have the sensor, this is where it would be (highlighted area) in front of radiator.
