p301 code help

Have a 2001 Trac with 151,000 miles and code 301 comes on Changed all plug wires and no. 1 plug as they were all changed 2 months ago. The chech engine lite came on again and it is acting uo the same way just when ever it wants to.It will stumble for about 2 minutes and then go away until next time.Do not know what to do next. Can anyone help? Thanks for your time.

Remove plug #1 and recheck the gap or a cracked ceramic insulator.

Also check the wire for damage and at both ends for good contact.

coil pack? I have found some that will work then not

Fuel injector- try running cleaner at every fill up?

Or replace the injector.
