It was a decent game--for about a half.
The Pats were very impressive. Looks like they'll be very tough to beat at any time this year.
However, I was not impressed by their decision to score that last touchdown. 14 point lead, less than 30 seconds left, fourth and goal--and you go for the touchdown? That's classless.
In that situation, you really only have two options--the best is to simply kneel on the ball, and turn it over. The game is over, no need to do anything more.
If you actually think that by doing that, you are giving the Cowboys a realistic chance to score a TD, recover an onside kick, and score another TD, all in the approximately 20 seconds remaining, with the way your defense has performed in the second half, then the other option is to kick the field goal, and put yourself ahead three scores.
Anything short of these two is completely uncalled for.
But other than that--man did they look good...
