This is just a plug for PIAA. Whenever you buy something, often (but not always) how much you pay signifies the quality of something. I purchased 510s (see other thread). When aiming one light, I overtightened the vertical screws and stripped the housing, thus prohibiting myself from securing the aim. I called PIAA for the purpose of purchasing a new metal housing. Instead, the fella from PIAA went to the warehouse and looked for a 510 set returned for salvage. After disassembling it, he is sending out the metal housing free of charge. I will reinstall the reflector, lens, etc.
Now that is quality service. They remind me of Auto VentShade Co., which has a fantastic customer service department. And WebXtremes, which despite stupid customers returning decals from other sellers (not me), also has a fantastic service department/person/Rob.
Just a FYI--if you get PIAAs, hand tighten the vertical aim screws with a phillips-head screwdriver, and DO NOT use a ratchet. A ratchet allows too much torque.
