I'm thinking of changing my business name to reflect more of what I do.

The name WebXtremes.com I've been using since 1995 as I was primarily doing Web Development. I still do one or two new sites a week and will keep that name just for Web Development.

For the Vehicle and Sign business I was thinking:

SignDesignz

Or

Auto Trim and Design

Thoughts and other names anyone else care to add?

I'm getting into retailing auto accessories, sold only on the web as I will be building two new web sites for Focus and Mustang parts shortly. And, will be adding other parts for other makes and models down the road.

Thanks,

SST

Don't use Designz...

I'll open up the floor to others, but I am so damned tired of 'z' on the end of words. Boyz. Toyz. Etc.

I like Auto Trim and Design - simple, professional, and lacks the 'z' effect. :)

I mentioned that one SeattleS, because of the tie in with Californication and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Frankly, the profile of customer that you have is a little younger than myself, and if you are branching out, you need to pull in the younger generation (x, y, z...what are we up to now), the ricers, and such.

That's also why I said "Car Skins"

How much name recognition will you lose from your current customers? I see your point in changing the name, but depending on what you may lose, it may not be a good idea.

Maybe "WebExtremes Website and Graphics Design"?

I just hate to see you lose good customer by changing names. Of course, since you are keeping the old name for website design, they would still be able to look you up, so it may not be a big deal.

Good luck to ya, I like seeing the "little guy" being successful.

cruz - good points. Maybe just adding the following:

WebXtremes.com - Vehicle Graphics & Auto Accessories. 80% of my business is from my web site.

I looked up Auto Trim and Design and someone has incorporated and has the domain name.
