power windows squeaking - what's the cause

What would cause power windows from squeaking when rolling them up?

The slides on the side, the track felt needs to be lubed. They do make a special lubricant for this, But i have found that If you roll the window down Spray some clear silicone spray on a rag an then wipe the window channel the noise will go away..
