I've been trying to refi my house for 2 years. We finally have someone that is trying to get it done. Or B of A will raise my payment $500...(ARM) SOO I need a great appraisal. Help my pray the market is good enough to give me what I need.

I sure hope you get your Refi on your house. Also, ARM's are often not the best way to finance a house unless you can pay it off before the rate hike kicks in.



You are a Vet, so look into a Refi with a VA loan. Interest rates are low....but you still need a good appraisal value.

This is the program I used a little over a year ago. Cost me absolutely no money out of pocket nor was there any money wrapped into the loan, literally cost me nothing. The process was very easy, all I had to do was sign my name.
