Question about bed extenders

Will the same extender fit a F150 and a Sport Trac? I saw one for sale and the title said it would fit both, but I wasn't sure if it really would or if the seller was just trying to sell it and it was buyer beware.

No, it will clip in but they are diffent in length.

What do you mean for the length? Will it hang over the bed tailgate too far when open?

It will not hang over the tailgate. When you flip the extender it will not rest on the tailgate factory rest points. The F-150's is a bit longer then the ST extender.

The F150 bed extender will not work with the factory folding cover. It hits the center when folded in.
