Question about PowerPoint???

I am doing collage work and in one of the assignments i have to change an organizational chart that I built to "Bookend Fills".



I have NO CLUE what this is. I am pretty good with all of the Microsoft product and have never heard of this specific chart.



Any help would be appreciated....

I had a control bar hidden and the tab to change the existing chart was on the hidden bar...
