question about the 6k HID hi/low headlights from a previous thread

I was under the impression that for the HID bulbs to work in the st's without shining too much light into the eyes of oncoming traffic that they would have to be aimed lower or to get the actual headlight for the HID bulbs, is this correct or am I mistaken?

Since I've had my bi-xenon's I have not been flashed by anybody including oncoming law enforcement, and I have even been behind police cruisers at stoplights and still nothing.

Ditto! I have had not issues with my setup as well.
