question for people that did the ECP adjust.

Was it worth the hassle? Are the shifts crisp? Does it shift into gear quickly?

Most of the time I don't even notice that it shifted. Before I did it mine had a VERY "lazy" shift, now like I said it goes so smooth and crisp that unless I listen for it I can't tell it even shifted.

Bob, I had other issues with mine... 2-3 flair, ( even after flashing the computer), Slow reverse and sloppy shifts..

Now I did install a shift kit with it, BUT the EPC adjustment boosts the pressure a couple of extra pounds allowing the firmer shifts and better overall performance...

I would not take the pan down to just do this, BUT if your doing a filter service, IT will take literally 30 seconds to do the EPC adjustment...
