Question for those of you who've experienced a water leak from the 3rd brake light assembly

I just recently installed a GPS antenna on the roof of my Trac, with the wire coming out of the high-mount third brake light. I notched the trim of the light, then sealed the notch around the wire with silicone sealant. We haven't had any rain since I did this, but I want to check for leakage the next time it does.



Where did you find water collecting inside the cab when this happened to you?

If you take off the piece of trim above the rear window you can usually see. If its is very severe you can see it collecting on the headliner above the trim. I had a small leak after I installed my sirius radio, but I fixed it with some caulk.

It seems like I've also seen a few members post about finding water collecting somewhere in the cab, but I can't remember where they found it.



I've done a search, but I must be using the wrong key words, 'cause I'm coming up blank.
