Hi, My cd player on stock radio doesn't work sometimes , it wont eject disk or advance to next song sometimes. My question is if I replace the stock radio/cd player with a after market radio/cd player will the back controls on the center console still work ???????????????

No, they won't. I'm not aware of any radio aftermarket that will support rear audio controls, just too specific of an application to justify the manufacture I would suppose. Someone here, however, did modify a remote for thier aftermarket radio and the rear controls so that the rear controls actually worked the remote, so in essence, the rear controls were nearly fully functional.
