Radio Speaker Wiring

Does anyone know which wires go to what speakers on a factory single CD radio in my wife's 2005 SportTrac, i.e. right front positive, right front negative, etc.? I need to wire-in my Scosche convertor so I can hook-up an external amp for subs. Any help is appreciated!
