Check the heat shield on the cat-converter. If it is loose it may rattling.

its not the cat cover.
right before it shifts it start rattling the once it shiftts it stops
is the something vaccum related on the tranny that make it shift?
it just sounds like something going to break just like to do some pm

The trans is electronic shifted. No vacuum. I had a dodge do that once. turned out to be the torque converter bolts were loose.
