Rattle under the hood

I have had my ST for a 4 years. Got it with 60K on it and it has always had a rattle coming from under the hood. I have been told its some sort of timing chain but not sure. It does it at low RPMs or when it is under load. What is it??

Timing chain. My '04 does the same, despite the claims that Ford remedied the SOHCs. It hasn't harmed it and is more of an annoyance really.

Thats what I had been told, some sort of timing adjuster or maybe the timing chain itself. Thanks alot Adam.
