RCA's into stock stereo

IS there a way to wire in a set of rca's into my stock non-6 disc stereo. I just purchased the Harman Kardan Plug+Play for the iPod. The unit is awesome! However, the FM interference is driving me crazy. I'd like to hardwire into my stock stereo...
