I was rear ended at a light today by a Cadilac Deville. The woman was in her 80's and acutally hit me 3 times in the rear. The ST suffered only the bumper and hitch is bent, no paint damage from what I can tell. But when I look underneth, the hitch is bent onto the leaf springs and spare tire. I also believe the frame is bent outword where the bolts are attached to the frame. The truck pulls severly to the right as well and creeks like heck. My guess is she hit me at anywhere between 40-45 mph. I fear is its totaled since its pulling to bad.

The elderly woman also rear ended the police car in the parking lot. Air bags didn't go off and she had a broken nose. I'm just terribly sore and neck in stiff.

I hope they throw the book at the old bitty! Sue her for everything she's worth! Destroy her grandchildrens' trust funds! If your Trac is totaled, you'll only get enough out of it to get a used one...and the '07's aren't out yet. I'd hate to think you'd end up Tracless. Get REVENGE! REVENGE! REVENGE! REVENGE!!!!:angry::angry:...seriously, glad you weren't hurt too badly.

She kept on the gas and pushed me. Monday morning dealer appointment. I hope its not totaled because I can't wait til 07 for the new ST.

The 07 will be out spring of 06....so you wouldn't have to wait very long.

So she hit you then she hit the cop when they came? How did she accomplish that?

Glad you are ok and hopefully its not totaled.

We pulled into a parking lot and I parked ahead of the patrol car. She then bumped the cop car I'd say at 5mph. The officer took her licenses on the spot and said your done driving.

After an accident like that, you will feel worse in a day or two. Please have yourself fully checked out for any neck injuries before signing ANY release. Hopefully nothing is wrong with you and all will be well. The Trac is an object and can be replaced. You can't. BTW, you should be able to get a rental on her dime while your Trac is in the shop. Call her insurance company to get them to authorize it.

Was the Old Lady's name Edna????

A postal worker was sorting mail a week before

Christmas when he came across a letter addressed

to God. Since it would be destroyed he decided to

open the letter and read it.

Dear God,

I am an 83 year old widow, living on a very small

pension. Yesterday someone stole my purse. It had

$100 in it, which was all the money I had until my

next pension check. Next Sunday is Christmas, and

I had invited two of my friends over for dinner.

Without that money, I have nothing to buy food

with. I have no family to turn to, and you are my

only hope. Can you please help me?

Sincerely,

Edna

The postal worker was touched. He showed the letter

to all the other workers. Each one dug into his or her

wallet and came up with a few dollars. By the time he

made the rounds,he had collected $96, which they put

into an envelope and sent to the woman. The rest of

the day,all the workers felt a warm glow thinking of

Edna and the dinner she would be able to share with

her friends.

Christmas came and went. A few days later, another

letter came from the old lady to God. All the workers

gathered around while the letter was opened, It read.

Dear God,

How can I ever thank you enough for what you did

for me? Because of your gift of love, I was able to

fix a glorious dinner for my frinds. We had a very

nice day and I told my friends of your wonderful

gift. By the way, there was $4 missing. I think it

must have been those thieving assholes at the post office.

Sincerely,

Edna
