Rear power window not working

My rear power window just stopped working today. Unfortunantly in the down postion and its about to rain. Does anyone know the price of a new motor or where I can look?



Also, I just pulled the back panel out and I have it ready for replacement. How do I test the voltage going into the motor so I can eliminate the problem from the switch through the line to the motor? I'd rather be sure I need the motor before purchasing.



Is there some way to disengage the motor so I can get the window in the up position for the time being?

I think you can remove the motor and crank it with a 3/8' ratchet.

Did you check the fuse? Also it might have Glitched in the programing. There is a method in your owners manual to reprogram it. Yes you can use a 12 volt test light or a test meter on the wires while someone activates the switch for you.
