Rear window problem

Has anyone else had a problem where the rear window frame is bowed out? Mine is and it doesn't look right, I'm thinking of bringing it to the dealer to see if it's covered or not. I've never been in an accident and can't see how it was caused by something I did. If it's leaking I hope to God it isn't rusting inside.

There was a member at the LI meet where we had to push the frame for the window to close all the way.....

I know there is a frame adjustment under the inside trim...
