K&N cold air intake: either 77-2573KP or 57-2573 (both are only listed by K&N for the Explorer, but they fit the Sport Trac.
Gibson Exhaust

Get a Todd Z modded throttle body. The best money I ever spent on a Sport Trac!

Yup, I forgot to include that, because I wasn't sure if Todd was still offering them. I have one on my 2010 Trac, and it made a huge difference in throttle response and performance. I also have a K&N intake and Magnaflow exhaust. I've not yet gotten an SCT X4/custom tunes from Torrie, but it's on my mod list.
