Since Ford ended the production of Sport Tracs I was looking for a replacement and until know I didnt want a ford ranger due to its compact size but hopefully this Ranger comes out soon.

Not going to be offered anywhere on this continent! :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::angry:

Checked it again just to make sure...yep, it's still ugly.

Wouldn't have bought it anyway.

I thought I saw this month's Consumer Reports show the Ranger under a list of 'discontinued for 2012', and was kind of surprised.

I would before a ridgeline or avalanche.

I dont need a stinking f-150. If I did. I would splurge for the f-250 4x2 4door powerstroke. Side by side, the f-250 4x2 is only 2" physicaly larger than, a new f-150 4x2 4door.

IMO ford is screwing themselves. I think 2 yrs will proove it, with their loss of profit. There is a reason for so many rangers on the road. In my part of Texas. There are alot of rangers, old and new. Would have been more tracs, if they had marketed it. JMO....

Apparently the ecoboost F-150 is selling well....

Chevy might offer an all new Colorado replacement. They are also thinking about offering it overseas only....

I guess, for my needs, the Ridgeline would work. I just don't like its looks...

I would have just rebuilt an engine and transmission in my Gen1 ST before buying any of the three.

And as for the F150, I've always figured if I ever get in the market for that size truck, I would definitely bump up to the F250. Unless the Raptor just started to make more sense.
