I am wiring up my stereo and saw this remote keyless entry. Is this stock or aftermarket? Does anyone know where I would get a remote to link it to it?

I looked it up, it is an omega rec-11+ Aftermarket remote entry.

I have somehow managed to screw up the door locks now. I can hear the relay when I push the door lock button, but nothing happens to the door lock. 🤦‍♂️ Going to try to undo whatever I did tomorrow.
