Removing compass

How do I remove the overhead compass? Its an 01, doesn't have the garage door opener place in it.

Wrong Console. Mine has the Sunroof control no door opener spot. Where are the mounting screws

Odds are, they are "hidden" under removable panels. If you need, I can take a quick look at mine and let you know.

Pull the trim at front edge of the sunroof opening away from the console. Grab the sides of the console and pull down. There are two friction clips in the middle and one at the front of the console.
