Wanting to remove speedo cluster bezel for painting... but it don't wanna let go. Have removed the two upper screws... and it's loose. Any trick or special consideration to remove it?

You have to remove the upper intrument panel garnish to remove the bezel.

First remove the radio bezel, two screws above the HVAC panel, then the lower instrument panel garnish, four bolts, two hold on teh hood release. Remove the metal plate behind the lower garnish. Then remove the three bolts above the instruments, then the two bolts that were covered up by the lower garnish. It's easier to rrmove the uppar garnish if you titlt the wheel all the way down and shift into (1).
